MASTERCLASSES AND WORKSHOPS: 
Lyana has taken masterclasses and workshops from Misha Maisky, Wen-Sinn Yang, Marc Coppey, Danjulo Ishizaka, Claudio Bohorquez, Gustav Rivinius, Marc Coppey,  Melissa Phelps, Gabriel Shwabe,  Branon Cho , 
Rafael Rosenfeld, Aleksandr Ramm, Aleksandr Chaushyan,  Valentin Radutiu , Matthijs Broersma, Davit Melkonyan.
 Lyana Ulikhanyan  was born in  2010. She is studying at the Tchaikovsky music school in Yerevan, Armenia. She is studying cello from the age of 4.  
 Her cello teacher in Armenia is Denis Severin.   In 2018 Lyana won the “Grand Prize” in the competition organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union and received a cello as a prize. In 2019 she was invited by the Russian National TV channel to participate in the “Better Than All” TV -show. In the same year she won the first prize in the “The Muse” online competition and was invited to Athens to perform at the Megaro concert hall. 
        By representing Armenia, Lyana received prizes from more than 30 online competitions. In 2021 She participated in the Gustav Mahler cello competition and won the first prize. 
        As a soloist, Lyana has performed with the Sergey Jhilin’s chamber orchestra in Moscow, as well as the Nova Symphony Orchestra  (Vienna), Jeneva String Orchestra, Athens Symphony Orchestra, Russian Sympony Orchestra,  Dnepropetrovsk  National Philharmonic Orchestra (Ukraine) and the  Khmelnitsky   National Philharmonic Orchestra (Ukraine), Armenian State  Philharmonic Orchestra, Armenian State Chamber orchestra.
