SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Growing up in a family of musicians, Tomass was taught from an early age to perceive music as a universal language of communication. The warm support of his family and the selfless love for music have allowed him to win awards at international competitions and perform alongside renowned artists in Latvia and around the world. However, Tomass' recent major projects are focused on chamber music concerts with pianist Marta Balode, composing music for various performances and shows, as well as participating in the experimental rock cello group "Chairmen," where he performs original music composed by the band, with a touch of electronics. Tomass is currently approaching the completion of his master's studies at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, while also actively performing concerts in both Latvia and Finland.
